My Experience So Far: University/College (Intro - 1)

Image
In this collection of posts I will be revealing the truth behind University (or College of you're not English) life. This may be helpful to some of you considering Uni or reassuring to those of you already there. If you have any questions regarding anything University related please comment anywhere on this page or contact me on any of my social media. I will share my personal problems, worries, challenges, loves, enjoyments and general thoughts about Uni life in the hope that they will benefit you as much as it will benefit me to get them written down. There was in fact, an option to do this job and actually get paid for it which I reluctantly did not apply for because I thought it would be much nicer to be completely honest with my readers about what Uni life is really like, instead of being persuaded financially otherwise. Everyone told me University years are the best of your life - let's see shall we? So to start off with let me give you a (relatively vague - I do...

Blogmas Day 23: Memory Log Tip

Omg it's Christmas Eve Eve already! How? It seems like only the other day we started Blogmas and now we're nearly at the end. You know what, even though I did find it annoying having to come up with a new idea to blog about each day and having to actually get off my lazy ass to write something, I think I am actually going to miss you. I know it'll only be a few days before I start blogging again (most probably in the new year) but just think that's NEXT YEAR!!! Anyway for today's blog post I wanted to give you a little tip which will help to make your life seem that little bit better. This is a great idea for when your feeling down or hopeless as every time I read mine it completely boosts my mood (which can seem like an impossibility at times). It's also incredibly simple as all it requires is a pen and paper (or ya know the notepad of your phone). I call it my "moments to remember" page but you can come up with a much more personal or creative na...

How To Survive: Black Friday!

Now, I may live in the UK, so our Black Friday's are not as extreme as some places (ahem America) but us Brits do like to shop, we just do it in a much safer manner...normally. But on Black Friday it seems that our stereotypical calm and collected behaviour goes out the window. So with that in mind, this is your guide on how to make it through... If you've been living under a rock you may not have noticed that the Black Friday Deals have already started, which is odd as Friday is tomorrow, but I guess the shops think that this way they can spread out the chaos instead of packing it all in one day (messy). But to start off my Help Guide, I should really explain what this mystical day entails... According to Wikipedia " Black Friday  is the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States (the fourth Thursday of November). Since 1932, it has been regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season in the U.S., and most major retailers open very early (and more ...
